Strength Training 101 (1hr): A class geared towards members who are new to resistance training. Learn the proper way to lift weights and perform strength exercises for the entire body. Balance exercises, abdominal strengthening and flexibility training are integral parts of this class. No prior experience is required; modifications for physical limitations are presented.
Toning Express (.5 hr): A 30 minute toning class using free weights, tubing, and other resistance tools. Designed to strengthen as well as lengthen all major muscle groups. Variety is built into this class to work muscles from different angles.
