Judy is certified through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) in both Group Fitness and Personal Training. She also holds a B.A. in Dance from the University of Oregon. Judy works with all ages and has become proficient in teaching strength training to older adults. If you’ve never taken part in strength training, she can help you learn how to use weights correctly and efficiently. She can also help with designing a program that works for the individual, whether you’re new to strength training or looking to improve your already-existing program.
