Yoga (1.0 hr): Offers you a chance to quiet your mind and work your body from the inside out. Refreshing, restoring and relaxing.

Broga® (1.0 hr): Strong, energetic, and challenging. Broga combines the best core-strengthening, cardio-working, and stress reducing yoga postures with functional fitness exercises. With fun music and a cool vibe, Broga is a class geared for men but open to all.

PiYO® (1.0 hr): PiYO is a low impact, high intensity workout that combines the muscle sculpting, core firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility of Yoga. With cranked up speed and fluid transitions, the class gets its strength, sweat, and stretch on in each workout. PiYO is appropriate for all ages and ability levels.
