Pull-ups: Strong lats provide better posture
Start by positioning yourself under a bar. You can find a pull-up bar downstairs in the gym or the assisted pull-up machine upstairs.

1. Place hands on the bar; there are several hand positions that can be used to work the back.
-Narrow
-Wide
-Overhand
-Underhand
2. With arms starting in a neutral position pull your body up bending at the elbow joint, keep core activated!
3. Release arms back to your starting position keeping your elbow joint soft but fully extended.
