In Shape Athletic Club is a full-service fitness facility, offering free weights, Paramount resistance training circuit, and cardiovascular equipment. We also offer group fitness classes FREE with membership.
At In Shape, we are dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals in a safe and friendly, non-intimidating atmosphere. We keep the terms and rates of our memberships simple and straightforward. The hardest part of getting in shape should be the workouts, not understanding the terms of membership.
